About the event
Sacred Sewing and the Wheel of the Year
Sacred sewing is a practice that intertwines creativity, spirituality, and the natural cycles of the year. The Wheel of the Year represents the seasonal festivals and agricultural cycles, often celebrated in various pagan and Wiccan traditions. Incorporating sacred sewing into these celebrations can enhance the connection to nature and the cycles of life.
The Wheel of the Year
The Wheel of the Year consists of eight major festivals, commonly known as the Sabbats. These are:
Samhain (October 31 - November 1)
Yule (Winter Solstice, around December 21)
